- Communications: if you email us or contact us directly, we keep the content of that communication.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Basic analytics: pages visited, approximate location, device type, referring site, and timestamps (aggregated, not sold).

- To deliver the audit, analysis, or service you requested.
- To communicate with you about your request and our services.
- To send occasional marketing emails about Backbone Services Group — only if you agreed, and you can opt out anytime with one click.
- To improve our website and services.
We never sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We process your information to fulfill your request (contract), with your consent (marketing), and for legitimate business interests (fraud prevention, analytics). We keep personal information only as long as needed for these purposes, and we delete audit-request data within 12 months unless you become a client.

We use minimal cookies for analytics. Our audit forms are powered by Kit (ConvertKit), which processes form submissions under its own terms; Kit does not sell your data. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
8. Children's privacy
This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised policy.
